It's not what you know, it's who you know! Whether you've been in the industry for decades or are just starting out, networking is key to your professional and personal success. CLEANPOWER includes a variety of ways you can connect with fellow participants - small and large group settings, formal and informal events - there's something for everyone!
- CLEANPOWER kicks off with the Opening Reception on Monday evening at the Denver Performing Arts Complex within walking distance of the convention center.
- Wrap up the show day on Tuesday and Wednesday with a Happy Hour while exploring hundreds of exhibit booths and ePosters.
Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are open for you to create your own plans or attend corporate events, but for those looking for an informal networking opportunity we will have Meet Ups each evening at a local restaurant or venue.
Run Like the Wind
Networking doesn't just happen in the evening! "Sweat-working" is the latest healthy way to connect with other wellness-minded attendees and AWEA staff. Join the Run Like the Wind morning run on Wednesday morning before the show day begins to benefit the Wind Solar Alliance. Sign up to run while registering or add to your existing registration in the Registration Resource Center.
Community Service Project
Expand your industry contacts while making a positive impact on our host city. Networking with other attendees during the community service project activities not only does good but feels good too! More information on this year's project will be posted soon.
Committee meetings are an important part of the CLEANPOWER activities and not only guide the direction of AWEA's work but also provide small group networking and thought leadership opportunities with individuals in similar segments of the industry. A schedule of committee meetings will be posted closer to the show. Attendance restrictions apply.
